About RC Consulting

You deserve a partner who listens and a plan that gets results.

During over a decade as a fundraiser in small shops, I saw so many consultants sweep in with big ideas that failed because they didn’t fit the resource realities of small nonprofits.

When I founded RC Consulting in 2019, I set out to fix that by empowering small teams with fundraising strategy and support built for their unique strengths and challenges.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping Boston area nonprofits build and activate comprehensive grant strategies that achieved real, measurable results. My clients consistently:

  • expand partnerships and increase grant awards with current and lapsed funders

  • engage new mission-aligned funding partners

  • secure more multi-year funding, creating long-range financial stability

  • establish partnerships with high-profile philanthropic institutions in their field

Grant fundraising success isn’t a product of good luck. It takes a strategy-first approach, a customized plan, and consistency.

Together, we’ll focus your energy on efforts that give you immediate momentum and long-term gains. And, if you need ongoing grant advising or grant portfolio management, I can help with that, too.

The Values That Guide My Work

More About Me

I'm passionate about supporting the teams behind some of our area's most heart-forward nonprofits. Having lived in Boston for nearly twenty years, I'm proud to call this community my home. When I'm not at my desk, I love escaping to the outdoors for a run, bike, or hike—ideally followed by a great meal at a local spot! I currently sit on the Board of Directors for Women in Development of Greater Boston and I am a member of the Nonprofit Consultants Network.
